Will I receive the same product as I see in the pictures?
Yes, all the pictures you see are of the real products or their renderings. Renderings are drawings that our designer draw on computers to make our products. Therefore, there is no difference between the pictures and the products.
I do not have a credit card. Can I pay by another method?
You can pay through PayPal. For our local customers, you can pay through bank transfer and JazzCash.
Can I come and look round?
No, we don’t have a shop front. We sell online only.
What is your return policy?
If you do discover a problem with one of our products, then please contact us in within seven working days of receipt. We will try to resolve any issue as soon as we hear from you. Never send something back without contacting us first. Our experts will review and if your complaint is legit, we will replace the claimed item. (Shipping is on customer)
